Heart

Our spiritual heart center operates like our heart muscle, circulating raw thought and emotion. It acts as our life-giving, moving, water supply; that needs continual purification through repenting.
Soul
"He breathed the breath of life into the man's nostrils, and the man became a living being"
[Gen 2:7]
Our two breathing lungs are a picture of our soul and spirit. Joined and carrying the human experience, they symbolize relationship. Relating to God, and others in a healthy way often requires reconnecting.
Mind
"But let God change you into a new person by changing the way you think "
[Rom 12:2]
Our mind, like our brain, creates, stores and manages information. Through signals from the heart and sensory input, it processes data; sending commands to the rest of the body. To develop the mind of Christ, our minds need renewing.
Body
"For God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body."
[Cor 6:20]
We are souls attached to a spirit, with a heart & mind, living in a body. Our physical body/flesh, is hostile to God but also the temple of the Holy Spirit. The heart, soul & mind needs to be brought under submission through retraining.
My Mission
The ability to love and be loved by God, ourselves and others is the highest form of wellness. Sound Mind Awareness skills are exercises and teachings for achieving and maintaining this goal.
Everyone has a suffering story. Free will & the curse has affected us all. Whether it's from a painful upbringing, broken marriage, deep loss or illness; no one escapes pain.
The Word of God teaches us how to process our pain in a way that humbles, but does not destroy us. With Holy Spirit's help, we can overcome.
God can heal anything. Anything! It is my mission to help others receive their God-given promise of an abundant, healthy life; for His glory.
